Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe


Don’t let all those seeds go to waste when you’re family is carving up that pumpkin.  Take the seeds and roast them as an extra Halloween treat.


Ingredients:

2 Cups pumpkin seeds, rinsed and drained

1 1/2 tsp. Salt

2 Tbsp. Canola Oil


Directions:

Make sure the pumpkin seeds are dry, best on a paper towel.


In a mixing bowl, add the cleaned pumpkin seeds with salt and oil then spread them out on a cookie sheet.  Bake at 250 degrees F for about 1 hour, or until the pumpkin seeds are dry, shaking occasionally.
