Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffin Recipe


These might be the tastiest muffins in all of existence.


Ingredients:

1 1/2 Cups Whole-Wheat Flour

1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour

2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

2 tsp. Baking Powder

2 tsp. Baking Soda

1/2 tsp. Salt

4 Large Eggs, slightly beaten

2 Cups Granulated Sugar

1 Can (15 oz.) Pumpkin

1 Cup Vegetable Oil

2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.


Directions:

Place paper liners in the muffin trays.


Mix in the whole-wheat flour, all-purpose flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a medium bowl. 


Combine the eggs and sugar in a large bowl.  Then, add the pumpkin and oil; mixing well.  Stir in flour mixture until moistened. 


Stir in the chocolate chips. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.


Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. Cool in pans on wire racks for 5 minutes then remove the muffins from pans.
