Pumpkin Bread Recipe


This is a tasty, classic pumpkin bread recipe.


Ingredients:

3 1/4 Cups Flour

2 tsp. Baking Soda

1 tsp. Cinnamon

2 1/4 Cups Sugar

1 1/2 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Nutmeg

4 Eggs

1 Cup Canola Oil

2 Cups Canned Pumpkin Puree

2/3 cup Water, cold


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.


Directions:

Grease and flour two large bread pans.


In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, sugar, salt, and nutmeg.  Set aside.


In a large bowl, combine the eggs, canola oil, pumpkin puree, and water.  Beat at medium spread until well combined in an electric mixer.


Add the flour mixture and beat at a medium speed for about 2 minutes (until well combined).


Divide the mixture evenly between the two bread pans.


Bake for 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees F.


Allow the bread to cool for at least 30 minutes before removing the loaves from each pan.
