Madame Rosmerta’s Butterbeer Recipe
Ever wondered how Butterbeer would taste, when you were sitting reading the Harry Potter books? Now you can try it for yourself. Great for your child’s Halloween Party.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Club Soda or Cream Soda
1/2 Cup Butterscotch Syrup
1/2 Tbsp. Butter
Directions:
Add butterscotch and butter into a glass cup big enough to later add the soda. And microwave on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes (the syrup should be bubble and the butter should be completely incorporated).
Stir then cool in the refrigerator for 30 seconds.
Slowly mix in club soda. Warning: The mixture does fizz a bit.
To get the full effect, serve in 2 coffee mugs.
