Halloween Cupcake Recipe


Have some fun, decorate a cupcake.  Bats, ghosts, pumpkins, spiders choose one and have at it.


Ingredients:

1 (18 oz.) Spice Cake Mix

1 (15 oz.) Solid Pack Pumpkin

1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda

2 Eggs

1/2 Cup Water

1 can Prepared Frosting

Pumpkin Candies

Spider Candies

Decorator Frosting

Food Coloring

Sandwich Cookies

Chocolate Cookie Crumbs

Gummy Bugs and Worms


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.  Prepare a muffin tin, for 24 cupcakes with paper liners.


Directions:

In a mixer, combine the cake mix, eggs, pumpkin soda, and water in a bowl.  Fill the muffin cups 2/3 of the way full and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.  Let them cool for 10 minutes before removing them from the tin. 


Once they’ve cooled completely, you can start on the frosting.  Frost the cupcakes, and decorate with cookie crumbs, candies, anything to you want.  Be creative and have fun.
